Terms of Service

Last updated October 14, 2026

These terms govern your use of shiprust.com and the ShipRust starter code, operated by LVTD LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying ShipRust you agree to them.

Your account

You need a verified email address to create an account. Keep your credentials safe: you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live.

Purchase and access

ShipRust costs a one-time payment of $999 USD, processed by Stripe. Payment gives the purchasing account lifetime access to generate and download unlimited projects from the current and future versions of the template while we operate the service. There is no subscription.

"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product. If we ever shut shiprust.com down, every project you have already downloaded stays yours under the license, and we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can download the latest version.

Refunds

If ShipRust is not for you, email rasul@shiprust.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. After a refund, your account can no longer generate projects, and the license for code you downloaded ends: please delete it.

The code you download

Generated projects are licensed, not sold. The ShipRust License explains what you may do with them. In short: build and run as many of your own products as you like; do not resell or redistribute the starter itself.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or API to break the law, attack or overload our infrastructure, get around access limits, or share your account so others can generate projects without buying. We may suspend accounts that do, and refund any unused purchase at our discretion.

No warranty

ShipRust is provided "as is". We test it carefully, but we do not promise the code is free of bugs or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, securing and operating what you build and deploy, including the data of your own users.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, LVTD LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or the code. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
