ShipRust is run by LVTD LLC. The fastest way to reach us is email: rasul@shiprust.com. Messages go straight to Rasul Kireev, who builds ShipRust and answers them personally. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot.

What to email us about

• Questions before buying. Whether ShipRust fits your product, your team or your client work, and how it compares with other starters. The how it works page shows the whole process.
• Help with your project. Setup, deployment or a bug in generated code. Include the template version from your project's .shiprust.toml file. Paying members can also ask in the forum.
• Refunds. Email us from your account address within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. See the terms.
• Privacy requests. Access, correct, export or delete your personal data, as described in the privacy policy. You can also delete your account yourself in settings.
• Security reports. If you find a vulnerability in shiprust.com or the starter code, email the details privately and we will work with you on a fix before anything is disclosed.
• Licensing, partnerships and press. Team or agency use, integrations, interviews and anything else.
